Open since December 2004, it's easy to see why Mosaic is getting such rave reviews. Besides being awarded locally as the River Front Times and Sauce gave them the acclaim and title "Best New Restaurant and Best Fusion" 2005, they are also getting national attention with such celebrities as Bill Murray and Dick Vital who dined at Mosaic during the NCAA Championship.

Nationally, Travel & Lesuire Magazine featured Mosaic in their June 2005 issue with Mosaic as one of the Downtown hotspots to be making a major difference in the city of St. Louis. Additional accolades have been received from the St. Louis Magazine "Best 10 Restaurants in St. Louis", October 2005 and St. Louis Home and Lifestyle as one of the "Best Restaurants" in St. Louis.
